Superconscious Code exists to do precise, intentional work with people on the most personal level. The information you share with us is treated accordingly. This document explains, plainly, what we collect, why, and what your rights are under UK and EU data protection law.
01 — Who we are
Superconscious Code is the trading name under which Vin Parmar provides identity transformation services. For the purposes of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, the data controller is Vin Parmar, contactable at vin@superconsciouscode.com.
02 — What we collect
Through this website we may collect the following, only when you choose to provide it:
- Your name, date of birth, occupation, email address, and mobile number
- Your written responses to the assessment questions — including your vision, what matters to you, what you have tried, what is stopping you, and your commitment
- Your signature and the date you submitted the form
- Your email address, if you join the notification list for Love the Frequency
We do not collect any information from you passively. This website does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, or any form of automated visitor tracking.
03 — Why we collect it
Your information is used solely to:
- Assess your suitability for the work
- Contact you in response to your application
- Inform the design and delivery of your sessions if you are accepted
- Notify you about the release of Love the Frequency, if you specifically requested this
Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are consent (you have voluntarily submitted the form) and legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry and preparing for our work together).
04 — Who has access
Identifiable personal information — your name, contact details, date of birth, address, and the specific identifying detail of your responses — is seen only by Vin Parmar. It is not shared, sold, or disclosed to any third party for marketing or any other purpose.
Two third-party services support the operation of this process, both acting as data processors under written agreement:
Formspree (Formspree, Inc.) delivers your form submission securely to Vin Parmar by email. Formspree's privacy commitments are available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
Anthropic (Anthropic PBC) provides the AI system used in the analysis layer of this process. The next section explains exactly how this works.
05 — AI-assisted analysis
This is a material part of how the work is prepared. Please read it carefully.
Client intake submissions are redacted of personally identifiable information before analysis. Specifically, your name, contact details, date of birth, and address are removed before any content leaves the practitioner's secure storage.
The redacted, pseudonymised content is then processed through an AI system (Anthropic's Claude) to support the practitioner's analysis. Data processing is configured for UK/EU residency and a Data Processing Agreement is in place with the AI provider.
The analysis is the practitioner's own. AI is used privately as a working tool to support his preparation — never to replace his judgement. Any output from the AI is reviewed, edited, and approved by the practitioner before any client-facing output is produced, and is applied only where it serves the client's work. The AI does not make clinical decisions, does not prescribe treatment, and has no direct client-facing role. Professional responsibility for every treatment decision remains with the practitioner.
Your right to opt out. You may opt out of AI-assisted analysis at any time, before or during the process, by writing to vin@superconsciouscode.com, or simply by leaving the AI-aware consent box unticked at the point of intake. If you opt out, your assessment will be analysed manually by the practitioner only. Manual analysis may extend the timeline before our first session, but does not change the quality or care of the analysis itself.
Clients give explicit AI-aware consent at the point of intake, separately from general data consent. You choose at the point of intake whether to consent to AI-assisted analysis or to request manual analysis only. Neither choice affects whether your application is reviewed.
06 — How long we keep it
Identity data (name, contact details, date of birth, address, signature) is held for the duration of our work together and, where you are accepted as a client, for a period of up to seven years thereafter, in line with professional and legal record-keeping obligations. If you are not accepted, or do not proceed, this data is deleted within twelve months of your last contact.
Redacted analysis content (the pseudonymised material processed by the AI system, plus the practitioner-reviewed output) is held for up to seven years for the purposes of continuity of care and professional record-keeping. As this content contains no identifying information, it cannot be linked back to you without the identity record above. You may request earlier deletion of either category at any time.
07 — Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is inaccurate
- Request that we delete your information
- Object to or restrict how we process it, including AI-assisted analysis
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
- Lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk)
To exercise any of these rights, contact vin@superconsciouscode.com. We will respond within one calendar month.
08 — Security
This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Form submissions are transmitted securely. Your information is stored in access-restricted systems and treated with the same discretion that defines the work itself.
09 — Cookies
This website does not set any cookies. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies. The site loads typography from Google Fonts, which may log IP addresses but does not place cookies on your device.
10 — Changes to this policy
If this policy is updated, the date at the top of this document will change. Material changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
"This work happens at the deepest level of who you are. Your trust is the foundation of it. We treat it that way."
